RIBS CFL is the solution to help reduce your overhead needs. We help to eliminate the overhead of estimators and accounts receivable staff so you can focus on the business and marketing to make your company grow. We act as the back office and you only pay us when we get you paid.
We work closely with you and create our estimates in accordance to the way you do your business. All you have to do is fill out the scope sheets we send you and provide us with the supporting documents. After receiving all the documentation, we complete the estimate on your behalf and send it to you for your approval. Once approved, we bundle all requested documents and send it to the carrier along with the bill.
RIBS CFL has an online claims management system called File Trac that allows you to upload your files to the server. You will be assigned a login ID that allows you to access your secure files. Only you will be able to see the progress of the files we are working on for you. Since this is a cloud-based system, you will have 24/7/365 access.
